How long does a session last? 30 minutes, twice a week.
How often do I need to come? At least 6-10 treatment sessions are necessary, individually depending on physical condition.
Is the treatment painful?
No, it's very comfortable and also feasible with physical limitations and joint problems.
Who is it suitable for? All ages. Any health restrictions (contraindications) will be clarified beforehand.

What do I need to keep in mind when I arrive for my first appointment? Please don't eat anything for two hours before the appointment and remember to drink plenty of water ! How does the treatment proceed?
During your first visit to the studio, you will fill out a medical history questionnaire, which we will discuss together to clarify your health condition, body goals, and expectations. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan for you.
Next, your treatment and the device will be prepared.
You comfortably lay down on our wellness lounger and the treatment applicator will be placed in your desired area directly on the skin.
Aftercare & Results: The treatment is completed after 30 minutes. We recommend a protein-rich meal after the training session and, if necessary, additional supplementation.
To avoid muscle strain: please don’t train the treated muscle area in the next 48 hours! No further aftercare required.
